Welcome
Dear RVA and surrounding area friends:
You are all so kind and wonderful for the support you have given our little company and for that I thank you from the bottom of my heart. We have received many referrals from colleagues, clients, and even insurance companies through word of mouth. These kind and frequent referrals give me confidence in our presence in the community and peacefulness regarding our contribution toward the positive impact on the community. I am especially proud of the talented and brilliant staff that has been drawn here by their desire to fulfill a calling (please see the About Us page for details).
Our little company is constantly growing and adapting as we continue to do what we love most, which is helping others who are struggling to make healthy changes. Some of our specialties and focus areas include stress, sadness, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, personality disorders, separation/divorce, family issues, and many more of life’s stressors using various therapy methods.
We have a combined practice experience of 50+ years. I have truly come to believe in the power of the mind and the ability to re-connect calling on strengths that are sometimes forgotten. Helping clients to see and harness the power of choice and inner wisdom is both rewarding and energizing.
We really enjoy helping individuals, couples, and families reach balance and restore connection in their lives. If you have been struggling with a particular issue and are ready to make healthy changes please feel free to call us at the number listed above to schedule an appointment to begin movement toward the possibilities in your future. We have several talented therapists who can help you address your difficulties while diligently working with you to reach your goals.
Please feel free to call me personally if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Ola Hardiman, MSW, LCSW
